在清理项目没有用到的jar包后，启动项目抛出以下异常：
HTTP Status 404 - Servlet action is not available
type Status report
message Servlet action is not available
description The requested resource (Servlet action is not available) is not available.
产生原因：在删除jar包时，误将commons-beanutils.jar 包删除。
解决办法：把commons-beanutils.jar添加到WEB-INF\lib\下面即可。
