Nat King Cole 原唱的 Quizás, Quizás, Quizás 被 Mary Wilson 翻唱为 Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps 就已经没有多少拉丁爵士的味道了, 仅在中间的伴奏部分还能听出来一点. 不过Mary的流行味道更重一些, 唱出来有一种调侃谐趣的风格, 尽管如此, 我还是喜欢这个版本. 如果把这首歌曲从高潮部分切成两半, 就分别是英国电视剧<Coupling>(冤家对对碰)的片头和片尾曲. 这首歌曲的填词也比较适合这部电视剧的剧情.
如果简单的说<Coupling>是英国版本的<六人行> + <性感都市> 就未免太小看英国人了, 虽然讲的还是三男三女的琐事, 主角的年龄从<六人行>的二十四五变化到了三十岁左右, 聊天场所从美国中央公园的咖啡屋搬到了英国的酒吧, 主题从<六人行>的无所不包到<Coupling>的仅仅谈论"性", 似乎这部电视剧并没有多少新意, 但是英国人总是能从"冷幽默"的角度让人觉得约翰牛就是比山姆大叔要有点深度. 网上有人说这部电视剧让<六人行>变得像是小孩子的小打小闹, 虽然我和很多人一样不敢苟同, 不过我觉得整部电视剧的编剧 steven moffat 的确很厉害, 很多荤段子编的很搞笑, 英国人的冷幽默表现到了极致. 不过这部剧的最大毛病是主题太单一, 只谈"性", 以前我对英国人的印象是守旧古板的绅士, 不过看了这部电视剧才觉得, 原来他们现在比美国人还要开放. 英国电视剧的篇幅和美国电视剧相比, 就如同日剧和韩剧的关系一样. 英国电视剧一季一般是六集, 四季的<coupling>才22集, 长度刚够<六人行>的一季(日剧一般的长度在10 集左右), 不过明显感觉 <coupling> 在剧本和台词上很下功夫. 这部电视剧中的三个女性, 无论是性感前卫的 susan, 神经兮兮的 jane 还是略显古板守旧的sally 我都不喜欢, 反而是那三个活宝似的男主角演的很出彩, 有贼心没贼胆的 jeff, 色胆包天只用下半身思考问题的 patrick 都很有趣, 而 Steve 的性格比较难以描述, 他是一个男人和男孩的结合体, 虽然他在很多事情上的行为跟 jeff 和 patrick 并无二致, 但是多少不会像前两者那么 shallow , 而且腼腆木讷的他经常会语出惊人, 比如有一集, 六个人在餐桌上盘问他为什么看同性恋录像带时,他被逼疯了所说的那套惊世骇俗的言论
