Windows8安装Windows Phone 8 SDK时，出现以下错误：
A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.
解决办法：
1，先卸载Windows Phone 8 SDK。
2，如果是通过光盘镜像安装，安装一下Root_of_DVD\Packages\Windows_SDK\Win8SharedSDKTools.msi
如果是在线安装，下载并安装以下几个文件：
Download the Win8SharedSDKTools.msi package now.
Download the Windows_SDK/e072b3b3d3164e26b63338dce51862a7.cab package now.
3，然后在执行Windows Phone 8 SDK安装程序
