Properties Editor 是一款properties文件编辑器。
需求：一般我们在做“国际化”功能时，我们需要properties中文表示方式用unicode表示。eclipse默认properties文件编辑器不方便查看，需要我们查看常常查找unicode编码表。
Properties Editor刚好满足了这个需求，不需要用户常常查看unicode编码表，默认直观表示为中文，用户可以通过文件点击右键Unicode表示查看对应的unicode表示的properties文件。当然这只是Properties Editor的一种功能，其他的功能可以自己熟悉。

安装成功后properties编辑器被改动为下图

将文件解压到Eclipse 安装目录下dropins文件夹中，打开Eclipse windows-perferences-general-Editor-file associaions 选择上边*.properties 选择下边propertiesEditor 点击右侧default按钮 设置完成
下载之后直接解压会得到features和plugins，将这两文件夹中的文件复制到eclipse安装目录下相对应文件夹，然后重启eclipse！
