The reference to entity "characterEncoding" must end with with the ';' delimiter

mysql数据源在spring xml配置文件中配置时加上编码转换格式后出问题了：

The reference to entity "characterEncoding" must end with the ';' delimiter 

 

这是因为useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8的&在xml中需要转义，将&换成&即可。

 

（最好的办法还是将其单独写到一个配置文件，然后通过${}引入）
