出现SQLSERVER无法启动的问题，错误信息如下：
The SQL Server failed to initialize VIA support library [QLVipl.dll]. This normally indicates the VIA support library does not exist or is corrupted. Please repair or disable the VIA network protocol. Error: 0x7e.
TDSSNIClient initialization failed with error 0x7e, status code 0x60. Reason: Unable to initialize the VIA listener. The specified module could not be found.
Could not start the network library because of an internal error in the network library. To determine the cause, review the errors immediately preceding this one in the error log.
SQL Server 无法初始化 VIA 支持库 [QLVipl.dll]。这通常指示 VIA 支持库不存在或已损坏。请修复或禁用 VIA 网络协议。错误: 0x7e。
TDSSNIClient 初始化失败，出现错误 0x7e，状态代码 0x60。

由于网络库中存在内部错误，所以无法启动网络库。要确定原因，请查看错误日志中紧位于此错误之前的那些错误。
查看事件查看器中，发现错误提示是
SQL Server 无法生成 FRunCM 线程。请查看 SQL Server 错误日志和 Windows 事件日志，获取有关可能发生的相关问题的信息。
解决方法：
通过SQLSERVER configuration manager->sql server 2005网络配置中将via协议禁用即可。搞不懂VIA是什么？
