only whitespace content allowed before start tag and not \u0

背景：eclipse开发工具正在运行，电脑蓝屏，无奈重启电脑
现象：打开eclipse的时候，执行mvn install -x，报错如下：
only whitespace content allowed before start tag and not \u0。。。。
不知道什么鬼
解决方案：删除正在打包的项目(如app-common)的对应打包路径（本地maven仓库repository）下的maven-metadata-local.xml文件，再次执行mvn install -x，成功打包
