Some tips for more powerful communication(II)

    As in the first journal I talk about some tips how to become a powerful communicator, I will continue to complete it in this journal.
   The sixth is "Do you speak as a victim of circusmtances or as a creator of possibilities.". This is the attitude for speaking in a positive and initiative way, or just accept as a task, in a very negative way. There is a saying : "Attitude determine everything.". So it is also exist in this circumstance.
   The seventh is "Does you know the value of your relationship with her or him.". Try to establishing a background of trust and relatedness, this is very critical  to communication. You may be have some feeling about someone is stake for you.
   The eighth is "Do you have a inquire about what may be important to your listener?", This is very important, in my opinion, it should be placed at the front, because the speaking content is very important, and also the sequence. You should decide the sequence, and try to content with the listener.
   The ninth is "If people listened to you like you listen to others, would you be satisfied?". This is always make sense when you want to make some progress from others experiences. You can record your speaking, and compared with other famous speaker, ant try to found the diff, and try to take some effort to correct it.
   The last one is "Are you complaining to the wrong people? " It doesn't help anyone to complain to people who have no power to change things. Try to change it to some requests. Personal opinion, sometimes the proper complaining can release our stress if we do find the right person, for example, your honest friends, your family members. But be aware, don't be too negative.
