  空腹吃水果不好

  水果含丰富的纤维素、半纤维素、果胶等,因而对于便秘的人有很好的益处。但是这些营养成分都有较强的吸水性,吸水后膨胀会增加饱胀感,空腹吃会引起胃肠的不适。饭后吃的话,过多的纤维素还会影响三餐中正常的营养素,如脂溶性维生素和矿物质的吸收。

  吃水果要按性味
