GMail add 'voice and video chat' support

GMail增加对视频聊天的支持 (可能需要代理才可访问)

需要安装额外的插件 以支持
插件会安装在C:\Documents and Settings\UserName \Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Google Talk Plugin下，例如：我的在C:\Documents and Settings\Nick\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Google Talk Plugin下
总共四个文件：

googleadapter.dll	Google Camera Adapter	估计是一个设备抽象层，为程序调用提供通用接口
googletalkax.dll	Google Talk ActiveX Plugin	运行于IE中的ActiveX插件
googletalkplugin.dll	Google Talk Plugin	运行于FF中的插件
googletalkplugin.exe	Google Talk Plugin	实际的应用程序，执行通讯等功能

可以看到在Settings->Chat页下多出了一项，如果未检测到插件会显示：


否则，会检测摄像头，并加载googletalkplugin.exe：


IE使用的ActiveX的方式，会提示加载插件：


FF启动浏览器就会加载此插件，可以在插件管理页看到：



手头没有摄像头，不知道实际效果，呵呵
不过，估计很快会有网友跟进的^_^



题外话
可以看出Googler应该是很Geek的，几次对Chat的改进基本上都是在GMail内，或Widget上
像用户需求强烈的Invisible Mode ，Group Chat 都是在这个上面加的，而PC客户端上已经很久未有动静
这么看，Googler的生活很可能也是browser-centric
