可能存在的问题：
- 文件在git中保存时已经是0666等其它权限，这种情况下一般是所有编译系统存在问题
- 部分编译系统存在问题，问题可能是系统的umask不同(run umask command to see the result)。主要是OS在创建文件时有些默认mask的问题
- 代码内部有显式改动
