安装好Oracle和pl/sql后，用pl/sql连接Oracle报错弹窗，
报错内容：
“SQL*Net not properly installed OracleHomeKey:SOFTWARE\ORACLE”
解决方案：
在PLSQL Developer选择Tools > Preferences > options > 如图所示（添加Oracle home和OCI library地址）
