1.首先准备pom.xml文件,除了添加spring的jar,还需要添加commons-fileupload这个jar

3. 配置spring-mvc.xml

注意,这里需要配置文件上传解析的类org.springframework.web.multipart.commons.CommonsMultipartResolver,同时还需要配置异常处理,因为当上传出现错误的时候,还没有进入我们的controller,spring就已经抛出异常了,这里我只是对文件大小的异常进行了处理。
exceptionMappings 是一个properties类型的数据,可以配置多项
4. 编写jsp文件
这里我写了两个,一个是单个文件上传,还一个是一次上传多个文件
