　　铁道部要求涨薪向一线员工倾斜
　　本报讯 （记者刘春瑞）记者昨天从铁路部门获悉，继去年为铁路一线职工涨薪后，铁道部下发《关于2012年增加企业职工工资的指导意见》，要求自今年1月1日起增加铁路企业职工工资。据了解，包括北京铁路局在内的各铁道部属企业单位正在制订具体实施方案。

　　在岗职工普涨岗位工资
　　根据《意见》规定，此次增加工资分为岗位工资、工龄工资和运输生产一线职工岗位津贴。增加岗位工资的人员范围为：铁路企业在岗职工、铁路局组织输出的集体外出劳务人员、经组织安排离开工作岗位到学校学习的原在岗职工。
　　增加岗位工资的标准为：岗位序列1-9档的岗位工资标准增加360元，22-26档的岗位工资标准增加490元，10-22档分别按10元的标准递增。
　　工资倾斜一线职工
　　《意见》指出，为体现工资分配向运输生产一线职工倾斜，自2012年1月1日起，将2011年建立的运输生产一线职工岗位津贴标准由100元提高到300元。
　　一铁路人士介绍，铁路一线职工月收入主要由基本工资、岗位工资、工龄工资、经营效益奖等组成，北京等地普通一线职工月收入两三千元。
　　《意见》还要求，为进一步发挥工龄工资单元的功能和作用，自2012年1月1日起，按人月均60元的标准，增加职工的工龄工资。
