首先可以肯定的是，加载顺序与它们在 web.xml 文件中的先后顺序无关。
加载顺序为：context-param -> listener -> filter -> servlet。
和顺序有关的是：<servlet-mapping>必须定义在<servlet>之后，<filter-mapping>必须定义在<filter>之后。
另外多个listener被加载的顺序就是它们在web.xml中定义的顺序，这可以解释下面这个经常出现的问题：

相信使用过svn的人都有过这样的经历，希望清除某些目录下甚至整个repository下面的.svn文件夹。手动删除的话是相当麻烦的，因为每个子文件夹下面都有.svn文件夹。下面介绍几种简单的方法来清除.svn。
1. 最简单的方法就是搜索目录下面的.svn文件夹，然后手动全部删除。:)
2. 创建注册表文件，比如kill-svn-folders.reg，写入下面内容：
