　　阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂央视消息：国家食品药品监督管理局上午宣布，因在葛兰素史克公司生产的阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂中检出塑化剂，决定立即停止销售和使用，已进口上市的由企业召回。
　　人民网北京6月18日电国家食品药品监督管理局今日上午发布《关于停止销售和使用葛兰素史克公司生产的阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂的通知》表示，经中国食品药品鉴定研究院检验，在葛兰素史克公司生产的阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂中检出邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯（DIDP）。
　　国家食品药品监督管理局在通知中表示，决定立即停止葛兰素史克公司生产的阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂产品的销售和使用，已进口上市的由企业召回，并要求各省（区、市）食品药品监督管理部门立即通知辖区内相关单位，加强监督检查，发现问题及时采取相关措施，并及时报告国家局稽查局。
　　邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯（DIDP）为耐高温、耐老化的主增塑剂。此前，香港特区政府卫生署在葛兰素史克（GSK）法国制造的抗生素“安灭菌”（Augmentin）中检测到含有塑化剂成分，6月9日下令在市面回收有关药物。该款被验出含塑化剂邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯（DIDP）的抗生素“安灭菌”，是专供幼童服用的。
　　药品知识：
　　本品为阿莫西林和克拉维酸钾的复方制剂。阿莫西林为广谱青霉素类抗生素，克拉维酸钾本身只有微弱的抗菌活性，但具有强大广谱b内酰胺酶抑制作用，两者合用，可保护阿莫西林免遭b内酰胺酶水解本品的抗菌谱与阿莫西林相同，且有所扩大。
　　主要适用于敏感菌引起的各种感染 包括：上呼吸道感染：鼻窦炎 扁桃体炎 咽炎 中耳炎等 下呼吸道感染：急 慢性支气管炎 大叶性肺炎 支气管肺炎 脓胸 肺脓肿 支气管扩张合并感染等 泌尿系统感染：膀胱炎 尿道炎 肾盂肾炎 前列腺炎 盆腔炎 淋球菌尿路感染 软下疳等 皮肤及软组织感染：疖 脓肿 蜂窝组织炎 腹内脓毒症 伤口感染等 其它感染：牙槽脓肿 骨髓炎 败血症 腹膜炎 手术后感染等。
